Register for Yoga Kids

​Children are natural yogis because of their live in the moment attitude and ability to embrace the present. Dancing Sun Yoga helps students improve their focus, concentration, and stress management while having fun and increasing their physical fitness. Incorporating the body, mind, and breath, students will improve their balance, flexibility, and overall well being.  With the recent increase in childhood anxiety and stress, research is showing that combining a consistent yoga practice with mindfulness and breathing techniques can increase the overall wellness of our students. We are implementing new social-emotional tools into our teachings, and will continue offering playful games and engaging stories to get kids moving and having fun! 

Fall 2024 In-Person Yoga Schedule

 Classes are held weekly on each campus. Classes are 60 minutes long and students must be picked up promptly at the end of class. (MAC students will be accompanied to their MAC class) ​Cost is $115/session. Please have students  bring their own yoga mats or they can purchase one for $15. Classes are held at 1pm on TCT Wednesdays.

I hereby agree that my child will have the ability to leave promptly from class by the method selected above. If, at any point, I do not adhere to this term I fully understand that my child may be dis-enrolled from the class without any refund.
